A qualified barrister specialised in international corporate and banking, having an extensive investment experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. Previously the Co-founder/Chairman of Nasdaq listed Gemini Genomics, Co-founder/Director at Agamatrix Inc. and Quadrant Healthcare Limited, and later a Director of Roxro Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Sequenom Inc.

Simon is a seasoned, scientifically-focused commercial professional with 28 years' experience in bringing innovative products into the clinical market and growing a global footprint. He joined MicrosensDx in 2023, having previously spent a number of years as Founding Director at Release Life Sciences and in senior roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Oxford Gene Technologies and Qiagen leading global teams and product development and launch programs.

Debbie Dooley, BA CTA

Debbie Dooley is an Economics and Law graduate of Newcastle University. She trained as a tax specialist working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte for approximately 13 years and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. For the past 14 years, Debbie has been working for a private family, advising the family members on a wide range of personal and corporate investment opportunities both in the UK and overseas. Debbie manages the investments held by the family which include investments in the following sectors amongst others, property, retail, biotech, technology, and manufacturing. Debbie sits on the Boards of many of these companies, including MicrosensDX.
